Hana started her career with Emirates Bank International (now EmiratesNBD) where she was Cluster Branch Manager. Her iconic style of management and client servicing skills has become a trademark of her success. In 2015, Hana moved to Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) where she held the post of Head of Insurance, Business Entities, Professional Services, Retail, Events and Government Services. She managed more than 400 international clients and orchestrated the revamp of F&B and Retail offerings in DIFC.
Following her passion for the F&B, retail and hospitality sectors, Hana cofounded Fixsense in 2012 to bring a multitude of world class services to the UAE along her other existing businesses in events and hospitality.
She completed her MBA from Halifax University, USA in 2007 with a specialization in International Business.
Cofounder
Marwan started his career at Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) in 1998 where he was part of the founding marketing team. He then developed business for Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications as Country Manager focusing on building public-private partnerships in GCC and Southeast Asia. In 2007, he joined Abraaj Capital as Principal in charge of investor coverage dealing with sovereign entities, businesses and family offices in the GCC.
Prior to his current role, he held the post of Deputy CEO & Managing Director of DIFC reinvigorating the financial Centre’s long term business goals and objectives. He currently serves as CEO in a government establishment. In 2012, Marwan cofounded Fixsense to deliver on his passion for the F&B, retail and hospitality sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard University and IMD.
