Fixsense works with Wasl Hospitality to launch new venture

Fixsense concluded discussions with Wasl Hospitality and Grand Hyatt Hotel to convert an existing F&B venue into a new concept.

Fixsense analyzed operations and financials of an existing location so that it can bring onboard a new concept that will add value to the hotel and exceed the existing financial targets set by the asset manager. Fixsense was able to source investors and operators to bring famous London club, China White, to take over the existing space, remodel and launch the venture.
